• Pokkit pre-registration: only your email address is collected (no name). It is used solely to notify you when the iPhone version launches and is deleted one year after registration. The owner is notified of the count only, never the address.포킷 사전등록: 이메일만 받습니다(이름 없음). 아이폰 버전 출시 안내 메일에만 쓰고, 등록한 지 1년이 지나면 지웁니다. 대표에게는 등록 건수만 알림으로 가고 이메일 주소는 가지 않습니다.
• Items: FIDE Cert requires company or organisation and reply email; contact name and message are optional. Other forms require name and email; phone, business type, region, wanted feature, support programme status, company or organisation (FIDE Runtime) and message are optional.수집 항목: FIDE Cert는 회사·기관명과 회신 이메일이 필수이고 담당자·문의 내용은 선택입니다. 그 외 폼은 이름·이메일이 필수이며 연락처, 업종, 지역, 원하는 기능, 지원사업 선정 여부, 회사·기관명(FIDE Runtime), 문의 내용은 선택입니다.
• Purpose: replying to your inquiry, arranging consultations and sending beta and launch updates이용 목적: 문의 답변, 도입 상담, 베타·출시 안내
• Retention: deleted one year after collection, or earlier on request.보유 기간: 수집일로부터 1년이 지나면 파기합니다. 요청하시면 그 전에라도 바로 삭제합니다.
• Refusal: you may refuse consent; the form then cannot be submitted, and you can email business@fidenit.com instead.동의 거부: 동의하지 않으실 수 있으며, 이 경우 폼으로는 접수할 수 없고 business@fidenit.com으로 문의하실 수 있습니다.
• Abuse prevention: to limit excessive submissions from one connection, a one-way hash of your IP address is kept for at most two hours and then deleted. The IP address itself is not stored.부정 이용 방지: 같은 접속지에서 지나치게 많이 제출되는 것을 막기 위해 IP 주소를 되돌릴 수 없게 변환(해시)한 값을 최대 2시간 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다. IP 주소 원문은 저장하지 않습니다.

2. Shared account2. 공통 계정

3. One FIDENIT account and per-app data3. 통합 FIDENIT 계정과 앱별 데이터

• Whichever FIDENIT web or mobile app you sign up in, the same FIDENIT account is created and you use the apps we designate with it. Only the shared account items above (email, name, preferences) are common to the apps.어느 FIDENIT 웹·모바일 앱에서 가입하든 같은 FIDENIT 계정이 만들어지고, 그 계정으로 회사가 정한 여러 앱을 이용합니다. 위 공통 계정 항목(이메일, 이름, 설정)만 앱들이 함께 씁니다.
• Each app’s data (captures, learning records, backtests and so on) is kept separate for each app and is not shown or passed to other apps unless you connect them yourself. Each app asks for its own consent the first time you use it.각 앱의 데이터(캡처, 학습 기록, 백테스트 등)는 앱별로 분리해 보관하며, 이용자가 직접 연결하지 않는 한 다른 앱에 보여 주거나 넘기지 않습니다. 각 앱은 처음 이용할 때 그 앱의 이용 동의를 따로 받습니다.

4. Signing in with Apple, Google, Kakao or Naver4. 외부 계정 로그인(Apple·Google·카카오·네이버)

• Current status: not yet available. Sign-in with these accounts is not connected and we receive nothing from these companies. Once it is connected, processing stays within the scope below and we will update the effective date of this policy.현재 상태: 준비 중입니다. 아직 외부 계정 로그인은 연결되어 있지 않으며, 이 회사들로부터 받는 정보는 없습니다. 연결하면 아래 범위로만 처리하고 이 방침의 시행일을 바꿔 알립니다.

• Items: within what you approve on the provider’s screen, a unique identifier, your email address (an Apple relay address if you choose to hide your email with Apple) and your name. • Purpose: storing, sorting and searching captures, nearby places, weekly summaries and price alerts, and answering queries from the AI tools you connect (Claude, ChatGPT)이용 목적: 캡처 저장·분류·검색, 근처 장소·주간 정리·가격 알림, 이용자가 연결한 AI(Claude, ChatGPT)의 조회 응답
• Sensitive screens: screens that look like account, card or ID numbers, verification codes or chats are flagged and their text and AI-extracted details are not stored. Phone numbers, email addresses and card or account numbers are masked before storage.민감 화면: 계좌·카드·주민번호, 인증번호, 대화로 보이는 화면은 민감으로 표시하고 화면 글자와 AI 추출 정보를 저장하지 않습니다. 전화번호·이메일·카드·계좌번호는 저장 전에 가립니다.
• AI processing: Cloudflare Workers AI (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) sorts captures in Cloudflare data centres. Inputs are not used to train models. Processing stays within a free daily allowance; the rest waits.AI 처리: Cloudflare Workers AI(Cloudflare, Inc., 미국)가 Cloudflare 데이터센터에서 분류합니다. 입력은 모델 학습에 쓰이지 않습니다. 하루 무료 사용량 안에서만 처리하고 남은 것은 분석 대기로 둡니다.
• Location: nearby saved places are computed on your device and your location is never sent to us. To find a place’s coordinates only the address text is sent to OpenStreetMap Nominatim (OpenStreetMap Foundation, UK).위치: 지금 근처 저장한 곳은 이 기기 안에서만 거리를 계산하며 위치를 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 장소 좌표를 찾을 때는 주소 글자만 OpenStreetMap Nominatim(영국 OpenStreetMap 재단)에 보냅니다.

• Retention and deletion: kept until you delete them (beta: 200 captures per person plus any invite rewards). • Friend invites: your invite code, the account identifiers of the inviter and the invited person, progress and timestamps, and a hash of the email address (computed after lowercasing and removing +aliases; the address itself is not stored) to prevent duplicate rewards. Invite records are deleted after one year; your invite code is deleted when you close your account. • Transfer abroad: capture records (Cloudflare D1), images (Cloudflare R2) and AI processing are handled on facilities of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), sent over encrypted connections when you send a capture.국외 이전: 캡처 기록(Cloudflare D1)과 이미지(Cloudflare R2), AI 처리는 Cloudflare, Inc.(미국)의 시설에서 이루어지며, 캡처를 보낼 때 암호화된 네트워크로 전송됩니다.

7. Mobile app (Pokkit)7. 모바일 앱(포킷)

• Applies to: Pokkit (formerly Snapter), the phone app of FIDE Snap (Android and iPhone). Every permission below is optional; if you decline, only that feature is unavailable. You can turn any permission off at any time in your device settings.대상: FIDE Snap의 휴대폰 앱 포킷(안드로이드·아이폰, 옛 이름 Snapter). 아래 권한은 모두 선택이며, 허용하지 않으면 그 기능만 쓸 수 없습니다. 허용한 권한은 언제든 기기 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.
• Photo access: the app reads screenshots only (photos marked as screenshots on iPhone, the Screenshots album on Android). It does not read other photos, videos, audio or photo location data and does not ask for those permissions. Screenshots it reads are sent as FIDE Snap captures and handled as described in the FIDE Snap section above.사진 접근: 스크린샷만 읽습니다(아이폰은 스크린샷으로 분류된 사진, 안드로이드는 스크린샷 앨범). 다른 사진, 동영상, 오디오와 사진의 위치 정보는 읽지 않으며 그 권한도 요청하지 않습니다. 읽은 스크린샷은 FIDE Snap 캡처로 보내져 위 FIDE Snap 항목대로 처리됩니다.
• On-device text reading: text in screenshots is read on your device (ML Kit on Android, Vision on iPhone). No image is sent to another company for this; the text is sent only to FIDE Snap together with the capture.기기 안 글자 읽기: 스크린샷의 글자는 휴대폰 안에서 읽습니다(안드로이드 ML Kit, 아이폰 Vision). 이 과정에서 이미지를 다른 회사에 보내지 않으며, 읽은 글자는 캡처와 함께 FIDE Snap으로만 보냅니다.

• Notifications: if you allow them, the device’s notification address (Expo push token) and your account identifier are stored, and notices pass through the Expo push service to Apple (iPhone) or Google (Android) notification services. A notice carries only a short message such as “There is something to check”, or the evening summary or price alert you turned on, plus a capture identifier — never the capture content. Sensitive screens are never notified. A notification address is used for only 7 days after registration and is deleted when you turn notifications off in the app, when the app is found to be removed from the device, or when you close your account. • Nearby alerts: off by default; the location permission (Allow all the time) is requested only when you turn them on in Settings. Once on, the app uses your phone’s location even when the app is closed or not in use, and shows a notice on your phone when you come within 150 m of a place you saved as a place to visit that has coordinates (at most once a week per place, never between 10 PM and 8 AM). Your phone’s operating system location service (Google Play services on Android, Core Location on iPhone) makes this check; your current location is never sent or stored by FIDENIT. Only the capture identifier, name and coordinates of each watched place and the time of its last notice are kept on your phone, and they are deleted when you turn nearby alerts off, sign out or switch to another account.근처 알림: 기본으로 꺼져 있으며, 설정에서 켤 때만 위치 권한(항상 허용)을 요청합니다. 켜면 앱을 닫아 두었거나 사용하지 않을 때도 휴대폰의 위치를 사용해, 가볼 곳으로 저장한 캡처 중 장소 좌표가 있는 곳의 반경 150m 안에 들어가면 휴대폰 안에서 알림을 띄웁니다(같은 곳은 7일에 한 번, 밤 10시~아침 8시에는 알리지 않음). 위치 판단은 휴대폰 운영체제의 위치 기능(안드로이드 Google Play 서비스, 아이폰 Core Location)이 하며, FIDENIT은 현재 위치를 서버로 보내거나 저장하지 않습니다. 휴대폰 안에는 지켜볼 장소의 캡처 식별자·이름·좌표와 마지막 알림 시각만 저장하고, 근처 알림을 끄거나 로그아웃하거나 다른 계정으로 바꾸면 지웁니다.
• Usage statistics: to run and improve the service and count how it is used, we record only counts per account per day — opening the app, saving a capture, search, viewing a capture and use through a connected AI — and the device type (Android, iPhone, web, shortcut or connected AI). Search words, capture content, titles and identifiers, IP addresses, device identifiers and exact times are never recorded. Records are deleted after 400 days or when you close your account, and individual records are never provided or sold to anyone outside FIDENIT.이용 통계: 서비스를 운영·개선하고 이용 현황을 집계하려고 계정별로 하루 단위 횟수만 기록합니다 — 앱 열기, 캡처 저장, 검색, 캡처 보기, AI 연결 사용 횟수와 기기 종류(안드로이드·아이폰·웹·단축어·AI 연결). 검색어, 캡처 내용·제목·식별자, IP, 기기 식별자, 정확한 시각은 기록하지 않습니다. 기록은 400일 뒤 또는 탈퇴하면 삭제하며, 개인 단위 기록을 외부에 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.

8. FIDE Counter customer chats8. FIDE Counter 손님 상담

• Applies to: customer chats and booking or consultation requests that a shop receives through FIDE Counter. FIDENIT processes them on behalf of the shop owner.대상: 가게가 FIDE Counter로 받는 손님 상담 대화와 예약·상담 요청. FIDENIT은 가게(사장님)의 위탁을 받아 처리합니다.
• Items: what the customer writes in the chat (phone numbers, email addresses, resident registration numbers and card numbers are masked before storage) and the request form fields set by the shop, such as name, phone, date and party size수집 항목: 손님이 쓴 대화 내용(전화번호·이메일·주민등록번호·카드번호는 저장 전에 가림), 요청 양식의 이름·연락처·날짜·인원 등 가게가 정한 항목
• AI processing: replies are written by Cloudflare Workers AI. Before anything is sent to the AI, phone numbers, email addresses, resident registration and card numbers as well as names, addresses, bank account numbers, car plate numbers and secrets such as passwords or API keys are masked. Names and phone numbers from the request form are never sent to the AI. The shop owner still sees what the customer wrote in the request inbox.AI 처리: 답변은 Cloudflare Workers AI가 만듭니다. • Retention: deleted automatically after the period the shop sets between 7 and 365 days (30 days by default); the shop owner can delete them at any time. 10. Transfer of personal data in a business transfer or split10. 사업 양도·분할 시 개인정보 이전

• If FIDENIT transfers all or part of an app or business, or carries out a merger or split, and personal data moves to another company, we tell you in advance by email and a site notice, as Article 27 of the Personal Information Protection Act requires: (1) the fact that personal data will be transferred, (2) the recipient’s name (company name), address, phone number and other contact details, and (3) what you can do, and how, if you do not want the transfer.FIDENIT이 특정 앱이나 사업의 전부 또는 일부를 양도하거나 합병·분할해 개인정보를 다른 회사에 넘기게 되면, 「개인정보 보호법」 제27조에 따라 넘기기 전에 다음을 이메일과 사이트 공지로 미리 알립니다: ① 개인정보를 이전하려는 사실 ② 이전받는 자의 이름(법인명), 주소, 전화번호와 그 밖의 연락처 ③ 이전을 원하지 않을 때 할 수 있는 방법과 절차.
• Only the account link and data for that app are transferred; data of other apps is not. 11. Your rights11. 이용자의 권리

• You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete or stop processing your personal data by emailing business@fidenit.com; we act without delay.언제든지 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 business@fidenit.com으로 요청하실 수 있으며, 지체 없이 처리합니다.

• We use a language cookie (fidenit_language), a functional exclusion-preference cookie (fidenit_analytics_exclude), and browser storage for theme, language, sign-in state and analytics exclusion. • We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for visit statistics. Analytics itself does not use cookies; it counts page views and visits from external or direct entry without identifying people. Visits are not unique people. Our reporting tool stores no advertising cookies, browser fingerprints or raw IP addresses.방문 통계에는 Cloudflare Web Analytics를 씁니다. 통계 수집 자체는 쿠키를 쓰지 않으며, 개인을 식별하지 않는 페이지 조회수와 방문(외부·직접 유입) 횟수를 집계합니다. 방문은 고유한 사람 수가 아닙니다. 통계 도구에 광고 쿠키·브라우저 지문·IP 원문을 따로 저장하지 않습니다.
