Terms of service이용약관

Terms of service of FIDENIT (파이드니트) (representative: Yunsung Lee, business registration number 101-65-00883). Effective October 15, 2026.파이드니트(FIDENIT)(대표 이윤성, 사업자등록번호 101-65-00883) 서비스 이용약관입니다. 시행일: 2026년 10월 15일.

1. Purpose and scope제1조 목적과 적용 범위

  • These terms govern the shared account and the FIDE products (such as FIDE Options, FIDE Clip, FIDE Echo, FIDE Counter, FIDE Cert and FIDE Skills — together, the “Service”) that FIDENIT (“we”) provides at fidenit.com and its sub-paths.이 약관은 FIDENIT(이하 “회사”)이 fidenit.com과 그 하위 주소에서 제공하는 공통 계정과 FIDE 제품(FIDE Options, FIDE Clip, FIDE Echo, FIDE Counter, FIDE Cert, FIDE Skills 등, 이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다.
  • Where a product notice or a separate contract (such as a FIDE Counter build or an on-premises FIDE Cert deployment) differs from these terms, that notice or contract prevails.제품별 안내나 별도 계약(구축형 FIDE Counter, 온프레미스 FIDE Cert 등)에 이 약관과 다른 내용이 있으면 그 내용이 먼저 적용됩니다.
  • We announce changes on the site at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that are unfavourable to you). If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and close your account.회사는 약관을 바꿀 때 시행일과 바뀌는 내용을 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 사이트에 알립니다. 바뀐 약관에 동의하지 않으면 이용을 멈추고 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.

2. Account제2조 계정

  • You sign up with an email address, a name and a password, and must use accurate information about yourself. People under 14 may not sign up.회원가입은 이메일과 이름, 비밀번호로 하며, 본인의 정확한 정보로 가입해야 합니다. 만 14세 미만은 가입할 수 없습니다.
  • You are responsible for your account and password and may not transfer or lend them. Tell us at business@fidenit.com straight away if you suspect misuse.계정과 비밀번호는 본인이 관리하며 다른 사람에게 넘기거나 빌려줄 수 없습니다. 도용이 의심되면 바로 business@fidenit.com으로 알려 주세요.
  • Creating an account does not grant access to paid products; access is granted per product.회원가입만으로 유료 제품 이용 권한이 생기지 않습니다. 제품 이용 권한은 제품별로 따로 부여됩니다.
  • You may close your account at any time; personal data is then deleted as described in the privacy policy.이용자는 언제든지 탈퇴할 수 있으며, 탈퇴 시 개인정보는 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 파기합니다.

3. Your data and separation제3조 이용자 데이터와 분리 보관

  • You keep the rights to the data you upload or create in the Service (strategies, content, learning records, shop materials, conversations and so on).이용자가 서비스에 올리거나 만든 데이터(전략, 콘텐츠, 학습 기록, 가게 자료, 대화 기록 등)의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.
  • We store your data separated by account (or by shop or organisation) and restrict access so that other users cannot see it.회사는 이용자 데이터를 계정(또는 가게·조직) 단위로 분리해 보관하며, 다른 이용자가 볼 수 없도록 접근을 제한합니다.
  • We access your data only as needed to operate the Service, handle incidents, provide support you ask for, or meet legal obligations.회사는 서비스 제공과 장애 대응, 이용자가 요청한 지원, 법령상 의무 이행에 필요한 범위에서만 이용자 데이터에 접근합니다.
  • Personal data is handled under the privacy policy.개인정보 처리는 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.

4. Prohibited use제4조 금지 행위

  • Using another person’s identity, or sharing or selling accounts다른 사람의 정보 도용, 계정 공유·판매
  • Breaking the law, infringing others’ rights (copyright, likeness, personal data and so on), or creating or spreading illegal or harmful content법령 위반, 다른 사람의 저작권·초상권·개인정보 등 권리 침해, 불법·유해 콘텐츠 제작이나 유포
  • Unauthorised access to the Service or other users’ data, bypassing security, excessive automated requests, or reverse engineering서비스나 다른 이용자 데이터에 대한 무단 접근, 보안 우회, 과도한 자동 요청, 역설계
  • Sending unsolicited advertising or spam, or using the Service’s output for fraud, market manipulation or other improper purposes스팸·광고성 정보의 무단 발송, 서비스 결과를 이용한 사기·시세 조종 등 부정한 목적의 이용
  • If we confirm such use, we may restrict use or close the account after notice (or with notice afterwards in urgent cases).위 행위가 확인되면 회사는 사전 통지 후(긴급한 경우 사후 통지) 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 해지할 수 있습니다.

5. Service changes and suspension제5조 서비스 변경과 중단

  • FIDENIT is run by one person and may change features or discontinue products. When a paid product is discontinued we give 30 days’ notice and refund the unused period under the refund policy.회사는 1인 사업자로 운영되며, 서비스 개선을 위해 기능을 바꾸거나 제품을 종료할 수 있습니다. 유료 제품을 종료할 때는 30일 전에 알리고, 남은 이용 기간의 요금은 환불 규정에 따라 돌려드립니다.
  • The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, outages, problems with third-party providers (cloud, authentication, data), or force majeure. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.점검, 장애, 외부 서비스(클라우드·인증·데이터 제공자) 문제, 천재지변 등으로 서비스가 일시 중단될 수 있습니다. 계획된 점검은 미리 알립니다.
  • Free, beta and preview features may change or stop without prior notice.무료로 제공되는 기능, 베타·미리보기 기능은 사전 통지 없이 바뀌거나 중단될 수 있습니다.

6. Fees and payment제6조 요금과 결제

  • We do not take online payments on the site at present. Prices shown are provisional; paid use starts only after separate notice and your agreement.현재 사이트에서 온라인 결제는 받지 않습니다. 사이트의 요금은 임시 안내이며, 유료 이용은 별도 안내와 동의를 거쳐 시작합니다.
  • Withdrawal and refunds follow the refund policy.청약철회와 환불은 환불 규정을 따릅니다.

7. Limitation of liability제7조 책임의 제한

  • Unless we acted intentionally or with gross negligence, we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, your own fault, or outages of third-party services.회사는 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한, 천재지변, 이용자의 귀책 사유, 외부 서비스 장애로 생긴 손해에 책임지지 않습니다.
  • Analyses and generated output are for reference; you are responsible for decisions and actions you take based on them.서비스의 분석·생성 결과는 참고용이며, 그 결과를 바탕으로 한 이용자의 판단과 행동에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
  • For paid services, unless we acted intentionally or with gross negligence, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the loss occurred.유료 서비스에서 회사의 책임으로 손해가 생긴 경우, 회사의 배상 책임은 고의·중과실이 아닌 한 손해 발생 직전 3개월 동안 이용자가 낸 요금 범위로 합니다.
  • This clause does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.이 조항은 관련 법령상 제한할 수 없는 책임에는 적용되지 않습니다.

8. FIDE Options notice제8조 FIDE Options 고지

  • FIDE Options is a tool for analysing, backtesting and paper-trading option strategies. It is not investment advice and not an advisory or discretionary investment service, and it does not recommend buying or selling any financial instrument.FIDE Options는 옵션 전략의 분석·백테스트·모의 운용 도구이며, 투자 권유가 아니고 투자자문·일임 서비스가 아닙니다. 특정 금융투자상품의 매매를 추천하지 않습니다.
  • Results based on simulated data or assumptions are marked as such on screen. Past and simulated performance does not guarantee future returns.시뮬레이션(모의) 데이터나 가정이 들어간 결과에는 화면에 그 사실을 표시합니다. 과거 성과와 시뮬레이션 결과는 미래 수익을 보장하지 않습니다.
  • You alone are responsible for real investment decisions and their gains or losses.실제 투자 판단과 그에 따른 손익의 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction제9조 준거법과 관할

  • These terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.이 약관과 서비스 이용에는 대한민국 법을 적용합니다.
  • We will first try to resolve any dispute through business@fidenit.com; court proceedings are brought before the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.분쟁이 생기면 먼저 business@fidenit.com으로 협의하며, 소송은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에 제기합니다.
