Where data is stored데이터가 저장되는 곳

  • The website, inquiry forms, FIDE Echo learning records, FIDE Counter shop data and chats, and FIDE Snap captures are stored on Cloudflare. Databases are placed in Cloudflare data centres in the Asia-Pacific region.웹사이트, 문의 폼, FIDE Echo 학습 기록, FIDE Counter 가게 자료와 상담 기록, FIDE Snap 캡처는 Cloudflare에 저장합니다. 데이터베이스는 아시아·태평양 지역으로 지정된 Cloudflare 데이터센터에 있습니다.
  • The shared account (email, name, sign-in) is stored by Supabase in the eastern United States (Amazon Web Services, Northern Virginia).공통 계정(이메일, 이름, 로그인)은 Supabase가 미국 동부(아마존 웹 서비스 버지니아 북부 지역)에 저장합니다.

Which AI each product uses제품별로 쓰는 AI

  • FIDE Counter: Cloudflare Workers AI writes replies from the shop data. Until October 28, 2026, masked sentences from demo shops only are also sent to TypeSafe to compare classification quality.FIDE Counter: Cloudflare Workers AI가 가게 자료로 답변을 만듭니다. 시연용 가게에 한해 2026년 10월 28일까지 TypeSafe에 가린 문장을 보내 답변 분류 품질을 비교합니다.
  • FIDE Snap: Cloudflare Workers AI sorts and summarises captures.FIDE Snap: Cloudflare Workers AI가 캡처를 분류하고 요약합니다.
  • FIDE Echo: learning records are never sent to an AI. Listening audio is generated in advance on our server with an open speech model.FIDE Echo: 학습 기록을 AI에 보내지 않습니다. 듣기 음성은 회사 서버의 공개 음성 모델로 미리 만들어 둔 것입니다.

Not used to train AIAI 학습에 쓰지 않습니다

  • Cloudflare states in its terms that customer content sent to Workers AI is not used to train AI models or improve its services.Cloudflare는 Workers AI에 보낸 고객 내용을 AI 학습이나 서비스 개선에 쓰지 않는다고 약관에 밝히고 있습니다.
  • The Claude account used by FIDE Clip has the model-improvement setting turned off. TypeSafe’s training and retention terms are being confirmed and will be stated here and in the privacy policy.FIDE Clip이 쓰는 Claude 계정은 대화를 모델 개선에 쓰는 설정을 꺼 두었습니다. TypeSafe의 학습·보관 조건은 확인 중이며, 확인되면 이 페이지와 개인정보 처리방침에 적습니다.
  • FIDENIT does not use customer data to train AI models either.FIDENIT도 고객 데이터를 AI 모델 학습에 쓰지 않습니다.

Personal data is masked개인정보를 가립니다

  • FIDE Counter masks phone numbers, email addresses, resident registration numbers and card numbers before a customer message is stored.FIDE Counter는 손님 문장을 저장하기 전에 전화번호·이메일·주민등록번호·카드번호를 가립니다.
  • Before anything goes to an AI or an outside service, names, addresses, bank account numbers, car plate numbers and secrets such as passwords or API keys are masked too. Public shop data such as the shop’s own address and menu stays readable. The shop owner still sees what the customer wrote.AI와 외부 서비스로 보낼 때는 이름·주소·계좌번호·차량번호와 비밀번호·API 키 같은 비밀값도 가립니다. 가게 자체의 주소와 메뉴처럼 공개된 가게 자료는 그대로 둡니다. 사장님 요청함에는 손님이 쓴 내용이 원문대로 보입니다.
  • Names and phone numbers from booking forms are never sent to an AI. FIDE Snap does not store the text of screens that look like account, card or verification code screens.예약 양식으로 받은 이름과 연락처는 AI에 보내지 않습니다. FIDE Snap은 계좌·카드·인증번호처럼 보이는 화면의 글자를 저장하지 않습니다.

Each customer is kept separate고객별로 분리합니다

  • Every data request is tied to the signed-in account and its own workspace or shop. Another customer’s data does not open even if its address is known.모든 데이터 조회는 로그인한 계정과 그 계정의 작업 공간·가게로 묶여 있습니다. 다른 고객의 데이터는 주소를 알아도 열리지 않습니다.
  • Automated tests check that one customer cannot read or change another’s data, and they run again for every release.다른 고객의 데이터를 읽거나 바꿀 수 없는지 자동 시험으로 확인하고, 배포할 때마다 다시 확인합니다.

Encryption암호화

  • All connections between your browser and our servers are encrypted with HTTPS.브라우저와 서버 사이의 모든 연결은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다.
  • Databases and files stored on Cloudflare are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Passwords are stored in encrypted form by the authentication service, and FIDENIT never sees them.Cloudflare에 저장한 데이터베이스와 파일은 AES-256으로 암호화되어 저장됩니다. 비밀번호는 인증 서비스가 암호화된 형태로 저장하며, FIDENIT은 원문을 보지 않습니다.
  • Messaging tokens and outside service keys that customers connect are additionally encrypted on our server (AES-GCM) before storage.고객이 연결한 메신저 발송 토큰과 외부 서비스 키는 서버에서 따로 한 번 더 암호화(AES-GCM)해 저장합니다.

How we handle secrets비밀값 관리

  • API keys, passwords and private keys never go into AI instructions, working documents or logs; they live only in the server’s secret store.API 키·비밀번호·개인키는 AI 지시문, 작업 문서, 로그에 넣지 않고 서버의 비밀 저장소에만 둡니다.
  • Every code change is scanned automatically for secrets, and text sent to an AI or written to logs is checked for secret patterns and masked.코드를 저장할 때마다 비밀값이 섞였는지 자동으로 검사합니다. AI에 보내는 문장과 저장하는 기록에서도 비밀값 형태를 찾아 가립니다.

Deletion requests삭제 요청

  • Ask at business@fidenit.com and we delete your account and data without delay.business@fidenit.com으로 요청하시면 계정과 데이터를 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
  • FIDE Counter owners can delete chats and requests at any time in the console, and they are deleted automatically after the chosen period (7 to 365 days, 30 by default). Deleting a FIDE Snap capture removes its image and record immediately.FIDE Counter 사장님은 관리 화면에서 상담 기록과 요청을 언제든 바로 지울 수 있고, 정한 보관 기간(7일~365일, 기본 30일)이 지나면 자동으로 지워집니다. FIDE Snap 캡처는 지우는 즉시 이미지와 기록이 함께 삭제됩니다.

On-premises: FIDE Cert사내 설치형: FIDE Cert

  • FIDE Cert is installed on the customer’s own server and runs inside the customer’s network, including closed networks. Certificates and keys stay encrypted on that server and it never connects to FIDENIT; it only contacts the certificate authority the customer chooses when issuing.FIDE Cert는 고객 서버에 설치해 고객 내부망(폐쇄망 포함)에서 동작합니다. 인증서와 키는 고객 서버에 암호화해 보관하고, FIDENIT 서버로 연결하지 않습니다. 인증서를 발급할 때만 고객이 정한 인증기관에 연결합니다.
