Cancellation and refund policy취소·환불 규정
How withdrawal, cancellation and refunds work for FIDENIT (파이드니트) services. Effective October 15, 2026.파이드니트(FIDENIT) 서비스의 청약철회, 해지와 환불 기준입니다. 시행일: 2026년 10월 15일.
1. Current payment status제1조 현재 결제 상태
- We do not take online payments on fidenit.com at present. Before online payment starts, the payment methods and prices will be shown in this policy and on the payment screen.현재 fidenit.com에서는 온라인 결제를 받지 않습니다. 온라인 결제를 시작하기 전에 이 규정과 결제 화면에 결제 방법과 요금을 함께 안내합니다.
2. Withdrawal from subscriptions제2조 구독형 서비스의 청약철회
- Under Article 17 of Korea’s Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, you may withdraw from a digital subscription within 7 days of payment (or of the day the service became available, if later) and receive a full refund.월 구독 등 디지털 구독 서비스는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조에 따라 결제일(또는 이용 가능일이 더 늦으면 그날)부터 7일 이내에 청약을 철회할 수 있으며, 낸 금액 전액을 돌려드립니다.
- Withdrawal can be limited once supply of digital content has begun (paragraph 2, item 5 of the same article). We apply this exception only where we told you in advance, clearly and before payment (for example on the payment screen), together with the measures the law requires such as a trial. If we did not, the 7-day withdrawal and full refund apply in full.다만 디지털콘텐츠의 제공이 이미 시작된 경우에는 같은 조 제2항 제5호에 따라 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다. 이 예외는 회사가 결제 전에 그 사실을 결제 화면 등에 분명하게 미리 알린 경우에만(시험 사용 등 법이 정한 조치를 함께 한 경우에만) 적용하며, 알리지 않았다면 7일 이내 철회와 전액 환불을 그대로 보장합니다.
- If the service differs from how it was described or advertised, or from the contract, you may withdraw within 3 months of receiving it, or within 30 days of when you found out or could have found out.서비스 내용이 표시·광고와 다르거나 계약과 다르게 제공된 경우에는 제공받은 날부터 3개월 이내, 그 사실을 안 날부터 30일 이내에 철회할 수 있습니다.
3. Cancellation after 7 days제3조 7일이 지난 뒤의 해지와 환불
- After the withdrawal period you can still cancel at any time. We stop future charges and refund the unused part of the current billing period, calculated pro rata by day.청약철회 기간이 지난 뒤에도 언제든지 구독을 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지하면 다음 결제부터 청구하지 않으며, 이미 낸 이번 결제 기간 중 남은 기간의 요금은 일할 계산해 돌려드립니다.
- If we discontinue the service, or you could not use it because of us, we refund the affected period pro rata by day.회사 사정으로 서비스를 종료하거나 회사 책임으로 서비스를 이용하지 못한 경우에는 이용하지 못한 기간의 요금을 일할 계산해 돌려드립니다.
4. Build and on-premises contracts제4조 구축형·온프레미스 계약
- For quoted, contract-based work such as a FIDE Counter build or an on-premises FIDE Cert deployment, cancellation, refunds, payment and warranty follow the individual contract. Anything the individual contract does not cover follows the law and this policy.FIDE Counter 구축, FIDE Cert 온프레미스 도입처럼 견적과 계약서를 따로 작성하는 거래의 취소·환불, 대금 지급과 하자 보수는 해당 개별 계약을 따릅니다. 개별 계약에 정함이 없는 사항은 관련 법령과 이 규정을 따릅니다.
5. How to ask and when refunds are paid제5조 신청 방법과 환불 시기
- Send withdrawal, cancellation or refund requests to business@fidenit.com from your account email, with the payment date, product and what you are asking for.청약철회·해지·환불은 가입한 이메일로 business@fidenit.com에 요청해 주세요. 결제일, 제품명, 요청 내용을 적어 주시면 됩니다.
- Refunds for withdrawal are processed within 3 business days of your request to the original payment method; card cancellations may take longer to appear depending on the card issuer.철회에 따른 환불은 요청을 받은 날부터 3영업일 이내에 결제한 수단으로 진행합니다. 카드 결제는 카드사 사정에 따라 취소 반영까지 시간이 더 걸릴 수 있습니다.
