• Applies to: FIDE Echo beta requests, the FIDE Skills waitlist and free skill review requests, FIDE Counter inquiries, FIDE Cert inquiries and FIDE Runtime pre-check requests대상: FIDE Echo 베타 이용 신청, FIDE Skills 대기자 등록·무료 스킬 진단 신청, FIDE Counter 도입 문의, FIDE Cert 도입 문의, FIDE Runtime 사전 점검 신청
• Items: required — name and email; optional — phone, business type, region, wanted feature, support programme status, company or organisation (FIDE Cert and FIDE Runtime) and your message수집 항목: 필수 — 이름, 이메일 / 선택 — 연락처, 업종, 지역, 원하는 기능, 지원사업 선정 여부, 회사·기관명(FIDE Cert·FIDE Runtime), 문의 내용
• Purpose: replying to your inquiry, arranging consultations and sending beta and launch updates이용 목적: 문의 답변, 도입 상담, 베타·출시 안내
• Retention: deleted one year after collection, or earlier on request.보유 기간: 수집일로부터 1년이 지나면 파기합니다. 요청하시면 그 전에라도 바로 삭제합니다.
• Refusal: you may refuse consent; the form then cannot be submitted, and you can email business@fidenit.com instead.동의 거부: 동의하지 않으실 수 있으며, 이 경우 폼으로는 접수할 수 없고 business@fidenit.com으로 문의하실 수 있습니다.
• Abuse prevention: to limit excessive submissions from one connection, a one-way hash of your IP address is kept for at most two hours and then deleted. The IP address itself is not stored.부정 이용 방지: 같은 접속지에서 지나치게 많이 제출되는 것을 막기 위해 IP 주소를 되돌릴 수 없게 변환(해시)한 값을 최대 2시간 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다. IP 주소 원문은 저장하지 않습니다.

2. Shared account2. 공통 계정

• Items: email, name, password (stored encrypted by the authentication service), and country, language and time zone preferences수집 항목: 이메일, 이름, 비밀번호(인증 서비스에 암호화되어 저장), 국가·언어·시간대 설정
• Purpose: identifying members, signing in and checking product access이용 목적: 회원 식별, 로그인, 제품 이용 권한 확인
• Retention: until you close your account; deleted without delay on request.보유 기간: 회원 탈퇴 시까지. 탈퇴를 요청하시면 지체 없이 파기합니다.

3. FIDE Echo learning records3. FIDE Echo 학습 기록

• Items: account identifier, practice sessions, answers and wrong-answer notes수집 항목: 계정 식별자, 풀이·답안·오답 기록
• Purpose: providing practice, scoring and review이용 목적: 연습, 채점, 복습 기능 제공
• Retention: until you close your account or ask for deletion보유 기간: 회원 탈퇴 또는 삭제 요청 시까지

4. FIDE Snap captures (beta)4. FIDE Snap 캡처(베타)

• Items: account identifier, the capture images, links and text you send, screen text read on your iPhone, the type, title, summary and product or place details produced by AI, your notes, price alert settings, the web push address of your devices and a hash of each upload token (the token itself is not stored)수집 항목: 계정 식별자, 보내신 캡처 이미지·링크·글, 아이폰에서 읽어 보낸 화면 글자, AI가 만든 종류·제목·요약·상품·장소 정보, 메모, 가격 알림 설정, 알림 기기의 웹 푸시 주소, 업로드 토큰의 해시값(원문 토큰은 저장하지 않음)
• Purpose: storing, sorting and searching captures, nearby places, weekly summaries and price alerts, and answering queries from the AI tools you connect (Claude, ChatGPT)이용 목적: 캡처 저장·분류·검색, 근처 장소·주간 정리·가격 알림, 이용자가 연결한 AI(Claude, ChatGPT)의 조회 응답
• Sensitive screens: screens that look like account, card or ID numbers, verification codes or chats are flagged and their text and AI-extracted details are not stored. Phone numbers, email addresses and card or account numbers are masked before storage.민감 화면: 계좌·카드·주민번호, 인증번호, 대화로 보이는 화면은 민감으로 표시하고 화면 글자와 AI 추출 정보를 저장하지 않습니다. 전화번호·이메일·카드·계좌번호는 저장 전에 가립니다.
• AI processing: Cloudflare Workers AI (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) sorts captures in Cloudflare data centres. Inputs are not used to train models. Processing stays within a free daily allowance; the rest waits.AI 처리: Cloudflare Workers AI(Cloudflare, Inc., 미국)가 Cloudflare 데이터센터에서 분류합니다. 입력은 모델 학습에 쓰이지 않습니다. 하루 무료 사용량 안에서만 처리하고 남은 것은 분석 대기로 둡니다.
• Location: nearby saved places are computed on your device and your location is never sent to us. To find a place’s coordinates only the address text is sent to OpenStreetMap Nominatim (OpenStreetMap Foundation, UK).위치: 지금 근처 저장한 곳은 이 기기 안에서만 거리를 계산하며 위치를 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 장소 좌표를 찾을 때는 주소 글자만 OpenStreetMap Nominatim(영국 OpenStreetMap 재단)에 보냅니다.
• Price checks: only for products with an alert, once a day, reading the public price of the exact page you saved and only where that site allows it. If the Naver Shopping search API is connected, only the product name is sent to Naver (Korea).가격 확인: 알림을 켠 상품만 하루 한 번, 저장하신 그 페이지가 허용할 때만 공개 가격 정보를 읽습니다. 네이버 쇼핑 검색 API를 연결하면 상품명만 네이버(대한민국)에 보냅니다.
• Retention and deletion: kept until you delete them (beta: 200 captures per person). Deleting a capture removes its image and record immediately; closing your account deletes all captures.보유 기간과 삭제: 직접 지우실 때까지 보관합니다(베타 1인 200개). 캡처를 지우면 이미지와 기록을 바로 삭제하고, 계정을 탈퇴하면 모든 캡처를 삭제합니다.
• Transfer abroad: capture records (Cloudflare D1), images (Cloudflare R2) and AI processing are handled on facilities of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), sent over encrypted connections when you send a capture.국외 이전: 캡처 기록(Cloudflare D1)과 이미지(Cloudflare R2), AI 처리는 Cloudflare, Inc.(미국)의 시설에서 이루어지며, 캡처를 보낼 때 암호화된 네트워크로 전송됩니다.

5. FIDE Counter customer chats5. FIDE Counter 손님 상담

• Applies to: customer chats and booking or consultation requests that a shop receives through FIDE Counter. FIDENIT processes them on behalf of the shop owner.대상: 가게가 FIDE Counter로 받는 손님 상담 대화와 예약·상담 요청. FIDENIT은 가게(사장님)의 위탁을 받아 처리합니다.
• Items: what the customer writes in the chat (phone numbers, email addresses, resident registration numbers and card numbers are masked before storage) and the request form fields set by the shop, such as name, phone, date and party size수집 항목: 손님이 쓴 대화 내용(전화번호·이메일·주민등록번호·카드번호는 저장 전에 가림), 요청 양식의 이름·연락처·날짜·인원 등 가게가 정한 항목
• AI processing: replies are written by Cloudflare Workers AI. Before anything is sent to the AI, phone numbers, email addresses, resident registration and card numbers as well as names, addresses, bank account numbers, car plate numbers and secrets such as passwords or API keys are masked. Names and phone numbers from the request form are never sent to the AI. The shop owner still sees what the customer wrote in the request inbox.AI 처리: 답변은 Cloudflare Workers AI가 만듭니다. AI에 보내기 전에 전화번호·이메일·주민등록번호·카드번호에 더해 이름·주소·계좌번호·차량번호와 비밀번호·API 키 같은 비밀값을 가립니다. 요청 양식의 이름·연락처는 AI에 보내지 않습니다. 사장님 요청함에는 손님이 쓴 내용이 원문대로 보입니다.
• Retention: deleted automatically after the period the shop sets between 7 and 365 days (30 days by default); the shop owner can delete them at any time. Records of who viewed, exported or deleted contact details are kept for one year.보유 기간: 가게가 7일~365일 사이로 정한 기간(기본 30일)이 지나면 자동으로 삭제하며, 사장님은 언제든 바로 삭제할 수 있습니다. 연락처 열람·내보내기·삭제 기록은 1년 보관합니다.

6. Processors and transfers abroad6. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전

• The companies below process personal data outside Korea, mostly in the United States. For each one we list the recipient, contact, country, items, purpose, timing and method, retention and how to refuse, as required by Articles 26 and 28-8 of the Personal Information Protection Act.다음 업체는 개인정보를 국외(주로 미국)에서 처리합니다. 「개인정보 보호법」 제26조와 제28조의8에 따라 업체마다 이전받는 자, 연락처, 국가, 항목, 목적, 이전 시기와 방법, 보유 기간, 거부 방법을 적습니다.

7. Your rights7. 이용자의 권리

• You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete or stop processing your personal data by emailing business@fidenit.com; we act without delay.언제든지 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 business@fidenit.com으로 요청하실 수 있으며, 지체 없이 처리합니다.
• Personal data past its retention period is deleted from our databases.보유 기간이 지난 개인정보는 데이터베이스에서 삭제합니다.

• We use only a cookie that remembers your language (fidenit_language) and browser storage for theme, language and sign-in state. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.언어 선택을 기억하는 쿠키(fidenit_language)와 테마·언어·로그인 상태를 위한 브라우저 저장소만 씁니다. 광고·추적용 제3자 쿠키는 쓰지 않습니다.
